In vergleichenden elektronenmikroskopischen Untersuchungen am Drusenacinus einer normalen weiblichen Mamma und eines lobularen Carcinoms werden verschiedene Zelltypen beschrieben: A-Zellen sind ribosomenreich und uberwiegend basal lokalisiert. B-Zellen enthalten weniger Ribosomen, sind luminal lokalisiert und haben prismatische Form. Myoepithelzellen sind durch ihre Topik, Funktion und durch den Gehalt an Myofilamenten charakterisiert.

Bei Haarspuren wird eine mogliche PCR-Inhibition durch das Haarpigment diskutiert. Es wurde untersucht, ob synthetisches Eumelanin und Pheomelanin die Amplifikation mitochondrialer DNA-Sequenzen (HV-2) hemmen. Nach der Bestimmung der Hemmkonzentrationen (Eumelanin: 0,25 μg; Pheomelanin: 2,5 μg) wurde die Mg2+-Konzentration im 50-μl-PCR-Ansatz sukzessiv erhoht. Die Ergebnisse zeigten, dass die Melanine die Mg2+-Ionen in einem Bereich von 1,5–6 mmol puffern, aber durch Erhohung der Mg2+-Konzentration die Inhibition revertierbar und korrekte Amplifikationen erreichbar waren. Here, we present the methods and results of the analysis of a bacterial transmission in an alleged child abuse case using complete genome sequences obtained by high-throughput sequencing (HTS) methods.

Childhood Adversities and Adult Headache in Poland and Germany.

Objective Various childhood adversities have been found to be associated with chronic pain in adulthood. However, associations were moderate in most studies, i.e. odds ratios (OR) were between one and two. Method An internet survey was performed in 508 Polish and 500 German subjects. A total of 19 childhood adversities were selected and their associations with headaches explored. Age, gender and country were included as potential confounders, as well as their two-way interaction with the risk factors. Results Two strong risk factors were identified. A number of studies reviewed here show that those who are exposed to negative child-rearing practices varying from punitive and lax parenting to severe punishment and abuse in childhood tend to be antisocial, aggressive and commit violent crimes later in life. Both the record approach (Widom) studying later outcomes among abused children and the retrospective approach (Lewis) studying violent childhood experiences among offenders provide support for the violence breeds violence hypothesis. Retrospective reports of childhood abuse and neglect among violent and property offenders

Abstract Childhood abuse and neglect may increase the risk for later antisocial and criminal behavior, especially violent behavior. The objective of this study was retrospectively to compare childhood abuse and neglect experiences in the groups of Violent and Property offenders. The sample consisted of 34 recidivist inmates with the mean age of 26.9 years. The findings showed that physical, psychological, and sexual abuse and neglect was experienced by 82%, 97%, 3% and 94% of the offenders, respectively.
